Abstract: Systems and methods for providing synchronized visible and/or audible content for play on a plurality of mobile devices. The disclosed systems and methods can provide, to each of the plurality of mobile devices, a piece of the visible and/or audible content that is mapped to a specific location of the mobile device within a particular venue, and trigger the respective mobile devices to play their pieces of the visible and/or audible content in a synchronous fashion, thereby creating a display of the visible and/or audible content in which each mobile device effectively corresponds to either a picture element (or “pixel”) or a sound source, or both, within the display.
