In an embodiment, a flushing stent device includes an outer component that includes a proximal end aperture fluidly coupled between a douching tube portion internal to the outer component and a plurality of channels formed in an exterior surface of the flushing vaginal stent device, a middle component including a fenestrated stent structure, an inner component including an expansion and retraction mechanism, and a suturing tab portion coupled with at least the inner component.
