The assembly comprises an inner cap configured to couple with the container body, a metal outer cap that retains the inner cap, and a plate disposed between the inner cap and the outer cap, axially and rotationally fixed to the outer cap. A female coupler can be attached to the top of the inner cap, and a male coupler can be attached to the bottom of the plate for optionally engaging the inner cap to the outer cap. When an adult optionally engages the outer cap with the inner cap, any rotation of the outer cap produces rotation of the inner cap, allowing the coupling or decoupling of the inner cap to or from the container body.
