  • Publication number: 20070228132
Abstract: A container and its associated container blank for shipping and displaying products. The container blank includes a plurality of side panels, bottom panels, and top panels that are erectable into a fully enclosed shipping container. Formed in some of the side panels and some of the top panels are removable punch-out window panels. When removed, the punch-out window panels leave a top panel that defines a periphery around the “window” area. Various stacking tabs and slots are configured in the bottom panels. The stacking tabs and stacking slots are positioned such that when engaged and the containers are in a vertically stacked arrangement, the stacking tabs bias against a portion of the periphery of the top panel. When not engaged, the container has a flat bottom.

  • Publication number: 20070228131
Abstract: A container for storing and displaying produce made from a blank having a variety of side panels, top panels, and bottom panels. The various side panels are arranged such that one of the side panels and its associated top panel are attached to the adjoining side panels via separable perforation lines. Additionally, the two major top panels or designed to form an overlap area that helps prevent any sealing elements from contact any other panels thereby affecting the opening aspect of this container. As such, the top panel and the side panel may be easily pulled away from the rest of the container thereby providing easy access to the contents container therein. Once pulled away from the rest of the container, the top panel and the side panel may be folded around such that they form a leaning support for the container or removed altogether.

  • Publication number: 20070074993
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a multi-product container and container blank. In accordance with the present invention, a single sheet of foldable material is cut and scored to define a container blank. The blank includes a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, opposed side panels and a plurality of corner panels. Also, a top panel is attached to the back panel opposite said bottom panel. A fold over cup panel is attached to the front panel opposite the bottom panel. The cup panel does not include additional panels or tabs opposite the front panel. An optional cup receptacle is formed in the cup panel. As formed, the front panel, back panel opposed side panels and plurality of corner panels are hingedly attached to said bottom panel via unperforated score lines.

  • Publication number: 20060219768
Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a blank of foldable material that configured to form a container. When formed, the container is completely self-locking. Additionally, when the blank is formed with any number of known liquid-proof sheet material or coatings, the container provides a leak/sift proof structure. Also, the container provides for all inside surfaces to be smooth, flat and interrupted surfaces. Further, as the hand hold cutouts are covered by end panels, the container retards hot or cold inside temperature degradation, which make the container ideal for use as a low-cost cooler or the like.

  • Publication number: 20060219767
Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a blank of foldable material that configured to form a container. When formed, the container is completely self-locking. The blank is configured to form a container that includes four corner posts. Each corner post includes multiple wall thickness and a top panel. The multi-wall corners provide increased strength. Further, each respective top panel maintains the corner walls relative positions. Cut-outs are formed in the side and/or end panel to allow easy access to good placed in the container. This blank and container design is useful for storing and displaying good in wholesale or retail markets, as well as elsewhere.

  • Publication number: 20060138204
Abstract: A tray-type container includes a bottom wall, longitudinally-extending outer side walls, and laterally-extending end walls, the outer side walls and the end walls extending upwardly from the bottom wall to form an inner cavity. The container includes a corner assembly configured to increase the container stability. The corner assembly includes an angled corner panel that extends across the corner and supplies added stability to the container. The containers may be used singularly, or a plurality of tray-type containers may be unitized in several stacked configurations. Typically, the plurality of unitized containers are placed upon a shipping pallet or slip sheet, or placed within a shipping container to facilitate shipping by large carriers.
