  • Publication number: 20250246880
Abstract: An electrical panel including a water management system for redirecting water away from any sensitive electrical components and out of the panel. In some embodiments, the electrical panel includes an enclosure including an opening formed in a top surface thereof to enable air to move into and out of the enclosure. The electrical panel further includes a drip lip for directing any water that enters the opening out of the enclosure, the drip lip including a drip tray arranged and configured to receive any water entering through the opening and a channel arranged and configured to receive the water from the drip tray and to direct the water out of the enclosure.

  • Publication number: 20240128040
Abstract: A circuit breaker is configured to be remotely caused to enter ON and OFF states. A lever arm is pivotably coupled to a main contact spring. A contact is supported at the distal end portion of the lever arm. Pivoting of the lever arm to bring the contact into contact with another contact on the housing causes the circuit breaker to enter the ON state. Pivoting of the lever arm to separate the contacts causes the circuit breaker to enter the OFF state. A latching solenoid includes a plunger coupled to the lever arm. The latching solenoid moves the plunger between a retracted configuration and an extended configuration. When in the extended position, the lever arm is pivoted to separate the contacts to cause the circuit breaker to enter the OFF state.
