  • Patent number: 10642535
Abstract: A memory system, architecture, and method for storing data in response to commands received from a host is disclosed. The memory system includes a memory control circuit configured to receive commands from the host; at least one memory device configured to store data; and at least one data buffer circuit associated with the at least one memory device and the memory control circuit, the data buffer circuit having data buffers and at least one register. The system preferably includes communication links between the host, the at least one memory control circuit, the at least one data buffer circuit, and the at least one memory device. The system preferably is configured so that register access commands are sent by the host to the memory control circuit over the communication links between the host and the memory control circuit.

  • Patent number: 4808654
Abstract: The use of a material of empirical composition MgO(CO.sub.2).sub.b (H.sub.2 O).sub.c, where b is any value in the range 0.5 to 1.1 and c is any value in the range 0 to 2, and which have an amorphous content of at least 75% by weight, as a filler and/or a fire retardant for a solid or fluid matrix, a solid or fluid matrix (in particular a plastics matrix) containing such a material as dispersed particles, the materials in defined particulate morphologies, some of the materials per se and a process for their preparation.

  • Patent number: 4010294
Abstract: Solid water-soluble aluminum phosphate complexes and binder composition which dissolve in water to give solutions containing aluminum ions and orthophosphate ions in such proportions as to provide an Al:P ratio of substantially 1:1 together with the anions of a carboxylic acid or a mineral oxyacid.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 4005232
Abstract: A metal phosphate coating is applied to a glass article. A liquid composition containing at least in part an organic component and a metal compound having a metal with an atomic number of 12, 14, 20-32, 39-50, 56-80, 90 or 92 and an oxyacid of phosphorus is applied to the glass article. The liquid composition is converted to the metal phosphate coating, i.e., by air drying and/or heating, to give a coating of 0.01 to 5 microns thickness and being transparent to visible light but ultra-violet absorbing.

  • Patent number: 3955017
Abstract: An organic polymer article has a surface coating of a metal phosphate. The coating has a thickness in the range of 0.01 to 5 microns; preferably, the metal phosphate comprises a mixture of iron and titanium orthophosphate, although the metal may be chosen from the elements of a periodic table having an atomic number of 12, 14, 20 to 32, 39 to 50, 56 to 80, 90 or 92. A continuous coating of the metal phosphate is obtained by applying to the organic polymer article a solution of a compound of the metal wherein the solution contains an organic component. The solution is converted to the coating of the metal phosphate by drying.
