A server may receive, from a provider, a first set of rules for providing a product or service of the provider. The server may transmit, to an entity of the product or service, the first set of rules received from the provider. The server may receive, from the entity, a second set of rules for providing the product or service, where the second set of rules may be based on the first set of rules. Using the configuration techniques, the server may generate a transaction funnel associated with providing the product or service.

A provider may identify leads (for example, potential customers) who are likely to purchase the products or services. By identifying which people are more or less likely to purchase the products or services, the provider may be able to more efficiently deploy resources and representatives to increase sales revenue for the products or services. The lead may be assigned a lead score, where the lead score may indicate a probability that the lead will purchase the good, product, or service.
