  • Publication number: 20260082113
Abstract: A housing, a bayonet, a lens cover, an integrated sensor and lens assembly, and a heatsink. The bayonet is on an outer side of the housing. The lens cover is connected to the housing by the bayonet. The integrated sensor and lens assembly includes a mounting arm. The mounting arms are configured to receive fasteners to connect the ISLA to the bayonet. The heatsink includes a cutout and an LCD recess. The integrated sensor and lens assembly extends through the cutout. The cutout is complementary in shape to the mounting arms so that fasteners extend through the mounting arms, through the cutout, and into the bayonet. The LCD recess is located on a front side of the heatsink that is configured to receive a liquid crystal display, wherein the LCD recess is on an opposite side of the heatsink as the PCB.

  • Patent number: 12574622
Abstract: An image capture apparatus including a body and a multi-function interconnect mechanism connected to the body. The interconnect mechanism includes: a base plate; protrusions; and magnetic members, wherein the base plate includes: a receptacle configured to engage an accessory such that the accessory is directly connectable to the image capture apparatus via the interconnect mechanism; locating features configured to receive alignment members on an adapter to facilitate proper registration of the adapter and the interconnect mechanism; and latching features configured for engagement with latch members on the adapter to thereby connect the adapter to the interconnect mechanism. The protrusions include apertures extending therethrough and are pivotably connected to the base plate such that the interconnect mechanism is reconfigurable between collapsed and extended configurations.

  • Publication number: 20260003253
Abstract: An adapter for use with an image capture apparatus that includes: a body; latch members; and a locking mechanism. The latch members are movable in relation to the body such that the adapter is reconfigurable between an engaged configuration, in which the latch members are positioned for engagement with the image capture apparatus to thereby releasably connect the adapter to the image capture apparatus, and a disengaged configuration, in which the latch members are positioned to permit disconnection of the adapter from the image capture apparatus. The locking mechanism is rotatably or axially repositionable between an unlocked position, in which the locking mechanism accommodates movement of the latch members to thereby permit reconfiguration of the adapter between the engaged configuration and the disengaged configuration, and a locked position, in which the locking mechanism blocks movement of the latch members to thereby secure the adapter in the engaged configuration.
