The fluid impermeable barrier includes at least one interior surface defining a chamber and an exterior surface opposite the interior surface. The fluid impermeable barrier defines at least one opening that is configured to be positioned adjacent to a urethral opening that allows fluids (e.g., urine) to enter the chamber. The fluid impermeable barrier also includes one or more fluid flow features formed in or on the exterior surface of the fluid impermeable barrier. The fluid flow features are configure to facilitate removal of one or more fluids between the exterior surface and the skin.
