  • Patent number: 10863122
Abstract: A pixel circuit and method for operating the same is disclosed. The circuit includes a first driver circuit coupled to receive an analog pixel data, transfer signal and reset signal. The circuit further includes a source follower transistor having a source terminal coupled to a column node, and a gate terminal coupled to the first driver circuit. The circuit further includes a second driver circuit coupled to receive the transfer signal and the reset signal. The second driver circuit is capacitively coupled to the column node through a first capacitor.

  • Publication number: 20010043015
Abstract: An electric system having electrical module which can be hot swapped is comprised of a system frame having a plurality of first connectors, and a plurality of electrical modules each of which includes a second connector respectively connected to one of the first connectors and is swappable from the system frame. Each of the first connectors is provided with a plug part including conductive socket pieces and the second connector includes conductive projecting pieces for contacting the plug part. In particular, both of the first connector and the second connector are compliant with the requirements defined in IEC320 safety regulation.

  • Patent number: 6108846
Abstract: Cleaning apparatus for the wheels of a car used in a semiconductor manufacturing plant has a pair of endless belts that carry a dust trapping material on their outer surfaces. The belts turn against a wheel and thereby remove the dust.

  • Patent number: 5849096
Abstract: A method for cleaning the wheels of a car used in a semiconductor manufacturing plant uses a pair of endless belts that carry a dust trapping material on their outer surfaces. The car is located with a wheel supported by two rollers that each carry one of the belts. One of the rollers is turned and as the wheel rides in a gap between the two belts it turns with the first belt and transfers a turning motion to the other belt. As the wheel turns with the belts, dust on the wheel is transferred to the belts.
