Abstract: A paper attachment device in accordance with the present invention is composed of a cap (10), a cup (20), a driving plate (30) and a magnet (40) axially combined in sequence. The cap (10) has a stud movably penetrating through the cup (20) and the driving plate (30) and firmly secured with the magnet (40). The driving plate (30) has multiple resilient arms (30) pressing the cup (20) toward the cap (10), whereby paper can be held between the cup (20) and the cap (10) to make the paper attachment device versatile in usage.

Abstract: A writing apparatus comprising a penholder with a ball refill retained therein for writing, and a staple driving mechanism incorporated therein for driving staples through paper as for binding pamphlets. The penholder of the writing apparatus comprises an elongated cartridge received inside an outer cylinder for holding ball refill and staples. The outer cylinder is comprised of two parts pivoted together, wherein the lower part has a matrix matching with the striking plate on the upper part for performing staple driving process. Two plate springs are provided to support the upper and lower parts of the outer cylinder in an opened position. A lock cap is pivoted to the lower part for releasably locking the upper and lower parts together when the staple driving mechanism is not in use.

A male snap fitting connector disposed on the upper periphery of the container matches the corresponding female snap fitting connector disposed on the lower periphery of the upper cover. The upper cover has an opening on its upper portion. A seat is disposed on the upper portion of the upper cover. Two passages are formed between the seat and the upper cover. An arc-shaped lid covers the upper opening of the seat. The male connecting portion of the seat matches the corresponding female connecting portion of the lid. A flange extends from the lower periphery of the lid downwardly, and a holder extends from the flange inwardly.

Abstract: A clip container comprising a casing mounted on a base for holding clips. The casing has an annular top edge around the periphery thereof and an inner concave surface portion for holding clips. The concave surface portion has a hollow, conical projection at its center. The base has a raised wall around the periphery and a post at the center respectively for supporting the annular top edge and the hollow, conical projection. Magnetic elements are mounted on the top edge of the raised wall and the hollow, conical projection to attract clips to the annular top edge or the hollow, conical projection for easy grasping.

Abstract: A stationery case has therein an actuating lever controlled by a pivoted cover to make reciprocating motion so that the magnet which is attached to the actuating lever at its front bottom end can attract some pieces of the metal materials, which are received in the case, for convenient handling.
