  • Publication number: 20240126516
Abstract: A host computer is programmed to receive input specifying definitions of two or more stages, each of the stages representing an attribute of one or more end-user profiles that have undertaken one or more interactions, using computing devices associated with the end-user profiles, with one or more networked computers. For each stage, the user computer can interoperate with a graphical user interface comprising a virtual canvas, a palette comprising a plurality of different graphical icons each representing at least an entry condition and an activation order for digital presentation of information. Visual selection and dragging operations can move copies of an entry condition icon and an activation icon from the palette to the virtual canvas. An entry condition icon is defined using rules to match one or more subsets of the end-user profiles and one or more subsets of the interactions. An activation icon has order attributes order for the digital presentation of information.

  • Publication number: 20240065379
Abstract: A sole board for an article of footwear includes a plate that has a forefoot region, a midfoot region, and a heel region. The sole board includes a channel disposed in a top surface of the plate in the forefoot region. The channel extends from a lateral edge of the plate to a medial edge of the plate. A characteristic of the channel at the lateral and medial edges of the plate is different than the characteristic of the channel at a middle of the channel.

  • Patent number: 10033520
Abstract: A communication system may include a number of communication channels operating in accordance with one or more communication standards. The channels may generate data clocks from one or more master clock signals. The phase of the data clocks may be aligned using phase detectors for determining respective phase relationships and using phase interpolators for adjusting respective clock phases. The communication system may include communication channels that operate at different data clock frequencies. These systems may divide their respective data clocks in order to achieve a common clock frequency for use in their phase alignment. The phase detectors and associated circuitry may be disabled to save power when not in use.

  • Publication number: 20090196861
Abstract: A category of biocompatible dual-purpose emulsifiers for therapeutic and/or nutritional use is disclosed. The emulsifiers have at least two functions, which depend on pH and surrounding environment. In the anhydrous environment, they serve as nonionic solvents to dissolve the hydrophobic material, such as a hydrophobic drug or nutrient. When in the alkaline aqueous environment of the small intestine, they are transformed into a biocompatible ionic emulsifier. The emulsifiers can also be used to thin the surfactant/hydrophobe mixture in self-emulsifying bases and, thus, accelerate the emulsifying speed of the base without overloading the emulsifying capacity of the emulsion base.

  • Publication number: 20070141090
Abstract: The invention provides a method and a composition for enhancing the dissolution and bioavailable properties of propofol (2,6 diisopropyl phenol) for use as an intravenously administered anesthetic in mammals. The method produces a self-microemulsifyable emulsion base composition that is utilized in the production of a water-based microemulsiori preparation. In a preferred two (2) component base composition, the base composition consists of: a surfactant, containing polyethylene glycol; and liquid propofol. The microemulsion is prepared by mixing the base composition with a carrier liquid, which results in the formation of a microemulsion containing concentrations of propofol of up to about 4% by weight of propofol to the volume of the microemulsion. In a four (4) component base composition, the base composition consists of: a surfactant, containing polyethylene glycol; liquid propofol; a water-immiscible solvent; and ethanol.
