  • Publication number: 20260259094
Abstract: An aspect of the invention relates to a flexible pressure sensor comprising a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, a pressure sensing layer, and a spacer layer. The pressure sensing layer is positioned between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and comprises a pressure sensing material. The spacer layer is also positioned between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and is configured to separate the pressure sensing layer and the second electrode layer. Methods of manufacturing such a flexible sensor are also provided, including methods of manufacturing intermediate conductive transfers and laminates for assembly into the flexible sensor.
