Abstract: An attachment apparatus is provided for releasably securing a mattress to a bed frame, the attachment apparatus including at least one set of two lengths of rope each attached to the mattress casing with each length of rope having a loop disposed for fastener engagement to the bed frame; and at least two rope fasteners, each rope fastener being secured to the bed frame adjacent to one of the loops, for removably engaging the loop and thereby releasibly securing the mattress against substantial movement relative to the bed frame.
