Abstract: A merchandise display for displaying, refrigerating, and dispensing containers of a frozen product along an aisle may include a) a lower shelf and b) an upper shelf disposed above the lower shelf along a longitudinal axis of the merchandise display, c) a support portion operably coupled to the lower shelf and the upper shelf to form an assembly, radial extent of the assembly from the longitudinal axis forming a radial envelope of the merchandise display, and d) at least one refrigerating appliance configured to keep the frozen product frozen, disposed on the lower shelf or the upper shelf, and including a door configured to be moved between opened and closed positions to expose and close, respectively, the refrigerating chamber remaining within the radial envelope of the merchandise display.

Abstract: A hair styling apparatus includes a top arm and a bottom arm each having a handle end and a tip end opposite the handle end. The top arm and the bottom arm are rotatably connected at the handle ends for relative movement from an open position to a closed position. The apparatus also includes a top plate disposed on the top arm adjacent the top arm's tip end and having a top main surface, and a bottom plate disposed on the bottom arm adjacent the bottom arm's tip end and having a bottom main surface that, in the closed position, contacts the top main surface, the top main surface and the bottom main surface complementarily curve as they extend away from the handle end towards the tip end.

Abstract: An illuminated paver comprises a body including a top part having a decorative outer surface and a separate bottom part attached to the top part. The body houses a light source to be electrically connected to an associated external power source. An inner surface of at least one of the top part and the bottom part includes a plurality of strengthening ribs extending between the top and bottom parts of the body. The strengthening ribs are configured to reflect light emitted from the light source so as to randomly disperse light passing through the decorative outer surface. An electrical cord wrap is provided on an outer surface the bottom part and includes a plurality of cord receiving recesses.

Abstract: An illuminated paver comprises a body including a top part having a decorative outer surface and a separate bottom part attached to the top part. The body houses a light source to be electrically connected to an associated external power source. An adapter spring applies a downward displacement force to the bottle adapter. The bottle is insertable into the bottle receptacle through an opening in the receptacle and has a top, which engages the lower sealing surface when inserted fully into the receptacle. The bottle includes a tube adapter that mates with the lower fitting and is coupled to a tube carried within the bottle. A latch retains the bottle in the receptacle in a latched state and releases the bottle from the receptacle in a released state.

Abstract: A system and method for filling a collapsible container are provided. Such a collapsible container may be made of a relatively rigid portion and a collapsible portion, with the collapsible portion having a collapsed condition and an expanded condition. An obstruction maintains the collapsible portion in the collapsed condition while the container is filled with contents. The obstruction may remain in place until the container is capped and sealed with the contents stored inside the container.

Abstract: An assembly for facilitating the use of paint applicator accessories in connection with a plastic container is provided. The assembly includes a nozzle device housed within a container lid and having a suction line, which extends into the paint container. The assembly also includes one or more vent holes. The assembly can be used to supply paint to a paint applicator device by attaching an intake conduit of the paint applicator to the nozzle device. As paint is siphoned out of the container by the applicator devices the vent holes allow air to flow into the container to replace the volume of withdrawn paint.

The lid also has a plurality of lugs, preferably two lugs, extending radially from the lid and terminating at or before the lugs extend beyond the container sidewalls when the lid is in sealed engagement with the container. The body also has an integral handle for lifting the container and the container neck supports a bail-type handle also for lifting said container. The integral handle and bail-type handles do not extend beyond the container sidewall. The container and lid assembly having an effective packing footprint and an effective packing volume which substantially conforms to the effective packing footprint and the effective packing volume of a conventional metal paint can.

Via a dispenser in the container, a closure assembly is coupled to the container for securing the contents thereof from leakage.
