  • Publication number: 20230336626
Abstract: A communication system for an aircraft includes a first data concentrator, a first plurality of communicating devices for sending data to the first concentrator by wireless transmission. The first concentrator broadcasts at least one parameterisation signal for parameterising an operating cycle of the system and each communicating device sends a unique identification signal to the first concentrator, in response to this parameterisation signal, the first concentrator assigning a plurality of separate time windows valid for the cycle and each given communicating device transmitting data intended for the first concentrator via the channel associated with the time window assigned to this given device and only during this window.

  • Patent number: 11760332
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of diagnosing the state of wear of an actuator including at least one electric motor. The method comprises the following steps: recording a signal coming from the motor during activation and deactivation of the actuator, the signal including a first maximum during activation and a second maximum during deactivation; executing a windowing algorithm on the signal in order to obtain a standardized dataset including the first and second maximums; using at least one classification method for classifying into at least two classes in order to establish a score for the dataset in each of the classes of the classification method; and evaluating the state of wear of the actuator from the scores of the dataset.

  • Patent number: 11396387
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for verifying the presence of equipment (E) on board an aircraft, the method comprising the following steps:—during a flight of the aircraft, implementing (102) radio communication tests by means of a device (2) on board the aircraft so as to determine an in-flight list of equipment consisting of any equipment having a quality of radio link with the radio communication device (2) higher than a first predetermined quality threshold;—after the flight, implementing (104) radio communication tests by means of the device (2) so as to determine a post-flight list of equipment consisting of any equipment having a quality of radio link with the radio communication device (2) higher than a second predetermined threshold after the flight;—generating (108) an alert when an item of equipment is present on the in-flight list and absent from the post-flight list.

  • Patent number: 11391648
Abstract: A method of detecting degradation of a real tire of a wheel includes the steps of: acquiring at least one first three-dimensional object representative of the shape of the real tire by using an electronic appliance including at least one three-dimensional sensor, the first three-dimensional object being made up of a set of capture points; determining the position of the center point of the real tire from the set of capture points; registering the first three-dimensional object to obtain a second three-dimensional object; transforming the second three-dimensional object in order to obtain one or more two-dimensional objects; and analyzing the two-dimensional object(s) in order to detect degradation of the real tire.

  • Patent number: 10504308
Abstract: A method for collecting operational data from an aircraft having a display screen for operational data. The method includes using a mobile terminal equipped with at least one optical sensor, images of the display screen are acquired in such a way that at least some of the acquired images represent operational data displayed on the display screen; using an optical character recognition (OCR) module associated with said mobile terminal, character strings each representative of one piece of said operational data displayed on the display screen are identified in the acquired images; and using a report generation module and said identified character strings, an electronic report is generated containing at least some of said operational data of the aircraft.

  • Patent number: 8892741
Abstract: In an embodiment, a method of facilitating presentation and user selection of at least one timeslot, such as for an appointment, is presented. In this method, a request for available timeslots within a time period is received from a user device. In response, timeslot data identifying the available timeslots is retrieved from a scheduling system. An identifier key for each of the available timeslots, as well as graphical display data indicating the available time slots, are generated based on the timeslot data. The keys and the graphical display data are transmitted to the user device. A selection of at least one of the identifier keys is received from the user device. In response to receiving the selection, the at least one available timeslot corresponding to the selection is determined and forwarded to the scheduling system to reserve the at least one corresponding available timeslot.
