  • Publication number: 20120036953
Abstract: A gearbox shifting point for producing a rotationally fixed connection between at least one gearwheel and one shaft. The gearbox shifting point comprises a shaft, a shifting sleeve and two gearwheels. The two gearwheels are each rotatably mounted in relation to the shaft. The shifting sleeve is mounted in a rotationally secured fashion on the shaft. The shifting sleeve and the gearwheels are embodied in such a way that a positively locking, rotationally fixed connection can be produced between the shifting sleeve and in each case one gearwheel. In order to improve problems with respect to a gearshifting hole or blockage of the gearbox, the shifting sleeve interacts with the two gearwheels in such a way that at least one positively locking, rotationally fixed connection is always produced between the shifting sleeve and one of the gearwheels.

  • Patent number: 8090514
Abstract: A vehicle control system includes a pedal, such as an accelerator pedal, an adjusting device, a sensor and a control unit. The pedal may be actuated by the hand of an operator to set a state variable of the vehicle. The adjusting device applies a force to the pedal. A sensor senses a variable representing a state variable of the vehicle and transmits a sensor signal to the control unit. The control unit determines a state variable of the current operating state of the vehicle. The control unit, depending on the current operating state of the vehicle, controls the adjusting device so that a predetermined force is applied to the pedal, in order to make the operator aware of an unsafe operating condition.

  • Patent number: 8065054
Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle active suspension system. There is a need for an active suspension system which can alert an operator to certain conditions. The suspension system includes an actuator for moving a second vehicle part relative to a first vehicle part. The suspension system also includes sensors and a control unit. A vehicle operator is located in or on the second part. The sensors sense vehicle parameters and transmit parameter signals to the control unit. In response to the parameter sensors, the control unit causes the actuator to move the second part in such a manner that the movement alerts the operator to the existence of a condition, such as a critical or non-optimal operating state of the utility vehicle or of an implement coupled to the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7727114
Abstract: A drive assembly for an agricultural machine. A power take off (PTO) output shaft is connected to a driving motor for driving an attachment. A drive transmission is positioned between and interconnects the driving motor and the support wheels of the agricultural machine. An input device is connected to an electronic control unit. A sensor senses the torque transferred between an attachment and the PTO output shaft, and an actuator is configured to change the transmission ratio of the drive transmission, thereby setting the propulsion speed of the agricultural machine such that the torque transferred between the PTO output shaft and an attachment does not exceed a pre-determined value. The electronic control unit further receives data from the input device and calculates a pre-determined value based on the data received, and thereafter controls the actuator accordingly.
