Abstract: A cleaning device includes a chassis that can be moved over a ground surface. The cleaning device further includes a space in which a roller-shaped brush provided with bristles is arranged in a rotatable manner about an axle in such a way that the ground can be brushed therewith. The space is connected to an outlet channel for the removal of material brushed away by the bristles. An air channel is arranged in the brush and coaxially with the axle. The air channel has a series of openings directed towards the outlet channel and open between the bristles.
