  • Patent number: 6819207
Abstract: An electromagnetic device of a switching apparatus including a mobile armature for rotating in a fixed frame between two inactive and active positions, at least one permanent magnet mounted in the fixed frame, and at least one coil mounted in the mobile armature and control means for delivering a control current into the coil. The mobile armature is monostable; in an inactive position, a lever actuated by the mobile armature separates the fixed contacts from the mobile contacts of the apparatus. In an active position, the lever is released from the mobile armature and a spring presses the mobile contact against the fixed contacts.

  • Publication number: 20040017274
Abstract: The invention concerns an electromagnetic device of a switching apparatus comprising a mobile armature (20) rotating in a fixed frame (10) between two inactive and active positions, at least a permanent magnet (15, 15′) mounted in the fixed frame, at least a coil (24, 25) mounted in the mobile armature and control means (40) capable of delivering a control current (44) into the coil. The mobile armature is monostable; in inactive position, a lever (30) actuated by the mobile armature brings about the separation between the fixed contacts (31) and the mobile contacts (32) of the apparatus. In active position, the lever is released from the mobile armature and a spring (35) presses the mobile contact on the fixed contacts.

  • Patent number: 6111377
Abstract: Control device for a multiphase electric motor (M) comprising firstly two two-directional static switches (IS1, IS2) each associated with a terminal of a shunt contactor (S) installed in parallel, these switches (IS1, IS2, S) being controlled by a control circuit (C) controlling progressive operation of the motor, characterized in that the shunt contactor (S) is of the four-pole type and is fitted with solid connection parts (6, 7) each connecting two terminals of the said contactor, these connection parts (6, 7) being connected in pairs (L1, L3) to the terminals of the static switches (IS1, IS2) such that each (IS1 or IS2) is connected to two terminals.

  • Patent number: 5953189
Abstract: A circuit for the protected alternating current power supply of an electrical load, the circuit including, in series, a protective circuit breaker and a bi-directional electronic switch in parallel to which a shunt contactor is connected. An electrical component is connected in series and upstream from the shunt contactor. The electrical component is intended to establish a continuous voltage (V) at the terminals of the electronic switch and its impedance is chosen in such a way that the electronic switch to which command pulses are sent periodically, is made a conductor, when an overload current appears in the circuit and when the contactor is closed.
