  • Publication number: 20100049830
Abstract: A communication system adapted for a vehicle includes a network for communication between at least two communication interfaces respectively connected to a first controller which manages/runs a control application and a second controller which also manages/runs the control application. The communication interfaces have, per controller, at least one communication port from which a communication link is possible. The communication link is a PLC (Power Line Communication) link having at least two electrically conductive links connected to each of the respective communication ports through at least one coupling transformer, for a control application transmission between the two communication interfaces.

  • Publication number: 20090063700
Abstract: A system for communications between a vehicle network and a wayside network includes a router in the vehicle network configured to manage routing of data over one of at least two clients, and a radio-frequency based communication network for providing a connection between each client and an access point linked to the wayside network. Monitoring means in a vehicle of the vehicle network are configured to control a quality of the connection in order to configure the router so that one of the clients is selected for the data routing between the vehicle and the wayside network.

  • Publication number: 20080237523
Abstract: A valve has a first duct and a second duct at right angles to the first duct. The first duct opens into a connecting portion of the second duct, defining an intersection that forms a seat for a valve disk that slides in the connecting portion in a direction at right angles to the seat between a closed position and an open position. The connecting portion has two flat walls facing one another and connected by an end wall. The first duct opens onto one of the flat walls. The end wall partially surrounds the valve disk parallel to the a direction of sliding at a distance from an edge of the valve disk that is such that, for the open position, the end wall defines with the edge of the valve disk and the seat a passage.

  • Publication number: 20080236681
Abstract: A valve has a first duct and a second duct into which the first duct opens at right angles, thereby defining an intersection that forms a seat for a valve disk that slides in the second duct at right angles to the seat between a closed position and an open position. The valve disk has, facing the seat, a deviation surface of curvilinear profile having a narrow base facing toward the seat and widening away from the seat configured to deflect at right angles to the first duct a gaseous stream originating therefrom.

  • Publication number: 20080237526
Abstract: A valve has a first duct, a second duct into which the first duct opens, thereby defining an intersection that forms a seat at right angles to the first duct for a valve disk that slides in the second duct at right angles to the seat between a closed position and an open position, and an actuator for operating the valve disk between its two positions. For the open position, the actuator is controlled to bring the valve disk into close proximity to a wall of the second duct facing the seat.
