  • Publication number: 20240095680
Abstract: A method of implementing administrative services for a compensation platform is disclosed. One or more interactive compensation representation views are generated based on an evaluation of mapping rules against a flexible ontology and current data state, the flexible ontology comprising customizable compensation components, relationships, and properties. One or more compensation representation views are dynamically updated in real-time in response to changes in compensation data, user context, or access permissions without requiring manual regeneration of the one or more compensation representations. The one or more interactive compensation representation views include a user interface element displayed in response to a user selection of compensation data, wherein the user interface element provides direct access to compensation information relevant to the selected compensation data without requiring a change to another screen or another user context.

  • Patent number: 11913014
Abstract: This invention pertains to mutant Cas9 nucleic acids and proteins for use in CRISPR/Cas endonuclease systems, and their methods of use. In particular, the invention pertains to an isolated mutant Cas9 protein, wherein the isolated mutant Cas9 protein is active in a CRISPR/Cas endonuclease system, wherein the CRISPR/Cas endonuclease system displays reduced off-target editing activity and maintained on-target editing activity relative to a wild-type CRISPR/Cas endonuclease system. The invention also includes isolated nucleic acids encoding mutant Cas9 proteins, ribonucleoprotein complexes and CRSPR/Cas endonuclease systems having mutant Cas9 proteins that display reduced off-target editing activity and maintained on-target editing activity relative to a wild-type CRISPR/Cas endonuclease system.

  • Publication number: 20240041637
Abstract: An undergarment can include a waistband with an internal pocket for placement of a colostomy bag therein. The waistband can completely contain the colostomy bag. A crotch strap can extend from an attached end, at a back of the undergarment, to a removable connection at the front of the undergarment. The user can easily convert the undergarment between underpants, that retain the features of holding the colostomy bag within its waist band, and a simple band for retaining the colostomy bag therein, where the crotch strap can easily fold and store about a back of the waist band.
