Abstract: A stable mild shampoo composition delivering consumer desired wet conditioning, moisture feel and viscosity. The shampoo may contain 5 wt % to 35 wt % of alkyl polyglucoside; 0.15 wt % to 1.05% sclerotium gum, and 0.15 wt % to 1.05% of a cationic polymer. The shampoo has a viscosity of 0.6 Pa-s to 20 Pa-s, which allows for ease of use by the consumer. It may be desirable for the shampoo to contain less than 1 wt % ionic surfactant.

Abstract: A stable shampoo composition containing a surfactant system that is substantially free of sulphated surfactants, a cationic polymer, and a sclerotium gum thickener. The shampoo can have a viscosity greater than 2500 cP and a pH greater than 5.5.

Abstract: A shampoo composition comprising a nonionic surfactant, and a cationic guar having a weight average molecular weight of from about 800,000 g/mol to about 5,000,000 g/mol, and a charge density of from about 0.1 meg/g to about 2.5 meg/g. The shampoo is phase stable and delivers a consumer desirable in use viscosity while still providing cleaning, moisture and slip feel hair benefits.
