    Abstract: Methods of diagnosing a biological entity in a sample are disclosed. In one arrangement image data representing one or more images of a sample is received. Each image contains plural instances of a biological entity. Each of at least a subset of the instances have at least one optically detectable label attached to the instance. The image data is preprocessed to obtain preprocessed image data. The preprocessed image data is used in a trained machine learning system to diagnose the biological entity.

The aircraft data processing system is capable of receiving the user input and sending the information to the set of eyewear units in response to receiving the user input from the set of eyewear units. The wireless system is located proximate to the cabin of the aircraft and is capable of sending the user input from the set of eyewear units to the aircraft data processing system and sending the information to the set of eyewear units.
