    Abstract: A pressurised fluid cylinder having a shut-off valve with a linearly moveable valve comprising a valve element. A lever is coupled to the valve element via an eccentric coupling so dial rotation of the lever causes linear motion of the valve element. A resilient member acts between the valve element and the eccentric coupling so as to urge these apart.
