  • Publication number: 20250111269
Abstract: A current state is identified at a current time based on incidents occurring in a lookback window. Whether an incident that meets predefined criteria is likely to occur in a prediction window is predicted using a machine-learning model based on the current state. The machine-learning model is trained based on training data obtained from historical data. Each training datum of the training data includes a training lookback window and a training prediction window. Each training lookback window is used to identify incidents occurring in the each training lookback window. Each training prediction window is used to identify whether at least one incident that meets the predefined criteria occurred in the each training prediction window. In response to predicting that the incident that meets the predefined criteria is likely to occur, a notification is transmitted indicating that the incident that meets the predefined criteria is predicted to occur.

  • Publication number: 20250111270
Abstract: Incidents in a lookback window from a current time are identified based on selection criteria. A current state is identified based on the incidents. A subset of objects of interest that are likely to occur in a prediction window is identified using a machine-learning (ML) model and based on the current state. The ML model is a k-nearest neighbors model that is trained based on training data obtained from historical data. Each training datum of the training data includes a training lookback window and a training prediction window. Each training lookback window is used to identify incidents occurring in the each training lookback window. Each training prediction window is used to identify which of the objects of interest occurred in the each training prediction window. A notification is transmitted or displayed indicating the subset of the objects of interest.

  • Publication number: 20250086246
Abstract: Methods, computing systems, and technology for optimizing a landing page of a website are presented. The system can receive, from a user device, a first web address associated with a first webpage of the website. The system can process, using the machine-learned assessment model, the first webpage to generate a first landing page score. The system can determine, based on the first landing page score and using a machine-learned optimization model, an actionable suggestion associated with the landing page. The system can cause, on a display of the user device, a presentation of the actionable suggestion.

  • Publication number: 20250061312
Abstract: Example aspects of the present disclosure provide an example method. In some implementations, the example method can include receiving request data indicating a request for content. In some implementations, the example method can include determining a request context associated with the request data, wherein the request context is based on account data for a user device associated with the request. In some implementations, the example method can include determining, based on the request and the request context, a data object from a knowledge graph, wherein the data object comprises a subject and one or more attributes for the subject. In some implementations, the example method can include generating, using a machine-learned content generation model, content descriptive of the subject, the content generated based on the request, the request context, and the data object.

  • Patent number: 10127316
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving unstructured text from a user of a social-networking system, determining whether the unstructured text includes a request for a recommendation, identifying one or more first entity names in the unstructured text, generating a structured query based upon the one or more first entity names, identifying, in the social graph, one or more second entity names corresponding to the structured query, and presenting the one or more second entity names and the unstructured text in a social context of the user. The unstructured text may include text of a post or message generated by the user on a social-networking system. A score may be generated based on the unstructured text to determine whether the text includes a request for recommendation using a machine-learning model based on comparison of the unstructured text to the one or more predetermined words associated with requests for recommendation.

  • Patent number: 9529788
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system for assisting creation of messages by providing selectable templates. The system includes an application configured to provide a form which receives information. The form is configured based on a template, such as a default template or an alternate template. A user is able to switch between templates any time during the process of completing the form. The templates share one or more common fields. The application is configured to persist user data associated with at least one of the one or more common fields. The application is also configured to refresh/update the form with relevant fields and editable content associated with a template, and any persisted user data upon selection of that template. In some embodiments, the alternate templates include templates based on posts previously completed by the user and/or canned templates which are category-specific.

  • Patent number: 9117178
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system for assisting creation of messages, by automatically recommending data to be included therein. The system includes an application configured to accept a set of user inputs of a first classification to determine and provide a group of suggested data relevant to the set of user inputs of the first classification. The group of data is chosen from an evolving collection of data of a second classification. The user is able to select any or all from the group of suggested data to adopt as the user's own and/or to provide additional or different data, which are of the second classification. The user inputs and the user's selection(s) are values collected for use in subsequent determinations.
