Abstract: A mobile electronic display device comprising: a frame through which a license plate is mounted to a motor vehicle; one or more electronic displays mounted to the frame such that the one or more electronic displays are located adjacent to the mounted license plate; a controller in electrical communication with the one or more electronic displays, wherein the controller causes media content to be displayed on the one or more electronic displays; and a wireless input mechanism in communication with the controller through which media content is received and presented to the controller for the controller to cause to be displayed on the one or more electronic displays.
