The first response indicates behavioral characteristics of the user. The method comprises assigning a first engagement metric based on the first response. Further, one or more second questions are presented, to the user, associated with the online application. The one or more second questions are dynamically restructured based on the first engagement metric. The method comprises receiving a second response corresponding to the one or more second questions. The method further comprises modifying the first engagement metric into a second engagement metric based on the second response. The method further comprises calculating a score based on the second engagement metric.
