    Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to automatic control of mute controllers for participants in videoconferences. For example, a method for automatically controlling a mute control associated with a participant during a videoconference includes obtaining communication data associated with the participant participating in the videoconference. The communication data includes audio signals associated with the participant and/or visual signals associated with the participant. The method includes processing the communication data by a gate control model to generate an output. The output is indicative of an intent of the participant to communicate with other participants of the videoconference. The method includes generating a noise gate status based at least in part on the output associated with the gate control model. The method includes automatically controlling the mute control of the participant based at least in part on the noise gate status.

There is provided a method for adaptive radiotherapy treatment of a patient comprising receiving a sequence of measurement data of the treatment, the measurements being captured at different time points, mapping measurement data to a representation of a treatment geometry at the time points, using the representation in a dynamical model describing how variables in the representation evolve over time, based on the dynamical model, estimating positions over time of the treatment geometry or selected parts of the treatment geometry, determining a treatment action for the patient at a defined time point using the estimation from the dynamical model and executing the treatment action at the defined time point.

The method may include receiving a set of image data from the patient; selecting one or more tracking regions in the set of image data, each tracking region including a tracking point or set of tracking points; receiving sets of image data captured at different times from the patient; identifying corresponding tracking regions in the sets of image data captured at different times; estimating a displacement field describing displacement vectors for a number of points in the sets of image data including the tracking regions, each displacement vector specifying a position of a region in reference to a previous position.
