  • Patent number: 11577280
Abstract: In a method for selectively sorting out free-flowing products (4) which are conveyed in a preferably groove-shaped conveying track (3) in a conveying direction (2) along a conveying path (1), the conveyed products (4) are checked by an inspection apparatus in an inspection portion of the conveying path (1). In a sorting-out portion arranged downstream along the conveying path (1), the product (4) that does not fulfil a predefinable inspection criterion is then sorted out and removed from the conveying track (3) by a suction device (8). To do this, the suction device (8) is arranged on the conveying path (1) and a suction flow that flows away from the conveying track (3) is generated for a predetermined suction duration in order to suction-off the product (4) out of the conveying track (3).

  • Patent number: 11230437
Abstract: A feeding device for feeding products from a storage container on to a conveyor belt moving in a conveyor direction is provided wherein a feeding belt at a storage container opening on a lower side of the storage container receives products to be conveyed and transports them to an upper side of the conveyor belt, in order to deliver the products on to the conveyor belt in a feeding region on the upper side of the conveyor belt, the feeding belt has a number of holes, the dimensions of which are adapted to the products to be conveyed such that a respective product can fall through an associated hole.

  • Publication number: 20200130947
Abstract: An automated conveying device for tablet-shaped products, for example confectionery products, pharmaceutical tablets or capsules, includes a line-forming conveyor belt, on which the tablet-shaped products are stored in separate lines transversely to a conveying direction of the conveyor belt and are transported in the conveying direction, as well as a feeding device, which is arranged at a first end of the conveyor belt for feeding the tablet-shaped products on the conveyor belt, and a filling device, which is arranged at a second end opposite the first end of the conveyor belt, by which the tablet-shaped products can be transferred from the conveyor belt into a filling container. The automated conveying device also includes an optical detection device for the automated detection of individual tablet-shaped products on the conveyor belt.
