  • Publication number: 20190183350
Abstract: A measurement system (1) for characterizing sample tissue (4; 4a, 4b) in a non-invasive way comprises a stimulation device (3; 3a, 3b; 3a, 3c) for thermal stimulation of the sample tissue (4; 4a, 4b), a temperature sensor (2; 2a, 2b) for capturing at least one temperature profile of the sample tissue (4) and a computing unit (11) connected to the temperature sensor (2; 2a, 2b) for processing data delivered by the temperature sensor (2; 2a, 2b). Thermal radiation radiated by the sample tissue (4; 4a, 4b) from at least a measurement area (5) is detectable as a result of the thermal stimulation by the temperature sensor (2; 2a, 2b) during the thermal stimulation of the sample tissue (4; 4a, 4b). The stimulation device comprises a temperature regulating body (3; 3a, 3b; 3a, 3c) which is in continuous contact with the sample tissue (4; 4a, 4b) in a contact area (6) during an entire measurement period.

  • Patent number: 10094772
Abstract: A device (100) for the contactless non-destructive testing of a surface (106) by measuring its infrared radiation includes an electromagnetic radiation source (1) emitting excitation radiation which is directed onto the surface (106) to be tested (26), a detector (9) arranged in a direction towards said surface (106) and a first IR filter medium (2) provided between the radiation source (1) and the surface (106). In response to radiation impinging onto the surface (106), detection radiation is emitted by the surface (106) and fed to the detector (9). At least a second filter medium (3) is provided between the first filter medium (2) and the surface (106) to be tested (26), wherein a space (24) is provided between the first and the second filter medium (2, 3) creating a coolant channel and being connected to a coolant drive for actively exchanging the fluid for the cooling fluid circulation (4).

  • Patent number: 9201016
Abstract: A device for the contactless and nondestructive testing of a surface by measuring the infrared radiation thereof has one or more incoherent electromagnetic radiation sources (1) and a detector (14) arranged on a detection axis (9), wherein the radiation sources (1) are arranged at a radial distance from the detection axis (9), at a distance from a testing area (7). In this arrangement, a pulsed or intensity-modulated excitation radiation (2) can be generated by these radiation sources (1) and applied to the surface (6) to be tested in the testing area (7) at an inclination to the detection axis (9) in the testing area (7). The detection radiation emitted by a measuring area (8) of the surface (6) to be tested can be fed to the detector (14), wherein the detector (14) is arranged on the detection axis (9) further away spatially from the testing area (7) than the radiation sources (1).
