Abstract: A method for producing a laminated packaging material that has a core module, an inside module intended to face the interior of a packaging container formed by the packaging material, and an outside module intended to face the exterior of a packaging container formed by the packaging material. The method comprises: providing a core module comprising a primary bulk layer of paper or paperboard or other cellulose-based material, providing a solid outside module comprising a secondary support layer of paper or paperboard or other cellulose-based material, and a first homogenous migration barrier layer or coating configured to preventing migration of mineral oil contaminants, wherein the first migration barrier layer or coating is applied on at least one side of the secondary support layer, wherein the primary bulk layer is made of a non-virgin material, and laminating the solid outside module and an inside module to the core module.

Abstract: A laminated packaging material for packaging of liquid food products, a respective manufacturing method and a packaging container are provided. The laminated packaging material comprises a bulk layer of paper or paperboard or other cellulose-based material, a first outermost liquid tight layer, a second innermost liquid tight layer and a non-metal barrier film or sheet being laminated between the bulk layer and the second, innermost liquid tight layer, wherein the bulk layer and the barrier film or sheet together form a main layer. The main layer is provided with at least one slit being covered at least by the second innermost liquid tight layer.

The laminated packaging material comprises a bulk layer of paper or paperboard or other cellulose-based material, a first outermost liquid tight layer, a second innermost liquid tight layer and a barrier film or sheet being laminated between the bulk layer and the second, innermost liquid tight layer, the barrier film or sheet is a non-metal barrier film or sheet, the bulk layer is provided with at least one through-going hole and the first liquid tight layer, the second liquid tight layer, and the barrier film or sheet are forming a laminated membrane at the area of the through-going hole. The barrier film or sheet of the membrane is provided with at least one slit.

Abstract: A non-foil packaging laminate for liquid food packaging comprises a layer of paper or other cellulose-based material, outermost liquid tight, heat sealable layers of polyolefin-based polymers and, vapour-deposition coated onto the inner side of the layer of paper or cellulose-based material, an induction heat susceptible metal coating.
