Abstract: Disclosed are systems, apparatuses, processes, and computer-readable media for authentication. For instance, a process can include receiving first authentication information for a user; generating an authentication token based on the received first authentication information, wherein the authentication token does not include the first authentication information; receiving user information for the user; obtaining an anonymous identifier token, wherein the anonymous identifier token comprises a composite token, and wherein the anonymous identifier token includes an identity token generated based on the received user information; adding the authentication token to the anonymous identifier token; and storing the anonymous identifier token for authenticating a user.

Abstract: System, method, and a computer program product that configure a platform are provided. A platform receives a configuration for multiple items to be included in the platform. The platform also receives a configuration that associates a first account with the first item from the multiple items and a second account with the second item in multiple items. The platform also receives a configuration that associates a first gateway with the first account and a second gateway with the second account. The platform is configured to associate the first item with the first gateway and the second item with the second gateway.

Abstract: System, method, and a computer program providing applications to a client device based on pattern matching. A pattern that includes multiple parameters is received from a client device. Patterns that are associated with multiple applications that execute on a platform are retrieved. A match between the pattern received from the client device and a pattern associated with an application that executes on a platform is determined. An application package that includes instructions associated with the application that executes on the platform is generated and provided to the client device. The instructions in the application package manipulate an application that executes on the client device according to the application that executes on the platform.

Abstract: Systems and methods for on-demand purchasing and distribution of products associated with a television program (“assets”) to consumers, such as music, telephone ringtones, videos, CDs, DVDs, coupons, and other products. An asset tag insertion system inserts an asset tag into a television signal; the asset tag identifies an asset associated with a television program represented by the television signal. A settop box program is responsive to an asset tag contained in a television signal for extracting the asset tag and displaying information corresponding to the asset tag to a viewer. The settop box program is further responsive to a command from the viewer for a purchase or other transaction involving the asset, for generating an order command corresponding to an order for the asset. The settop box program is further responsive to communicate the order command to an order management system, which delivers the asset to the purchaser.
