Abstract: An absorbent umbrella cover. The absorbent umbrella cover includes a sleeve having a base, a circumferential sidewall extending therefrom, and an open upper end forming an interior volume configured to receive an umbrella therein. A cover flap is connected to the upper edge of the sleeve, and a pocket is disposed on a first side of the cover flap. A fastener is disposed on a second side of the cover flap, wherein the fastener removably secures the cover flap to the circumferential sidewall in order to secure an umbrella within the interior volume of the sleeve. Users may insert a hand into the pocket to grasp a wet umbrella while keeping the hand dry. The umbrella cover is absorbent in order to quickly dry a wet umbrella stored therein.
