The defects of the fluidity, hygroscopicity and cohesiveness of the solid dispersion powder which result in the difficulty of production scale up of capsule formulation are addressed, and thus commercial scale production can be achieved, and the prepared capsule exhibits proper dissolution rate, excellent storage stability, meanwhile with a reasonable production cost.

The addition of hydrocolloid can improve rheological properties of the Pleurotus eryngii freeze-dried powder, which increases viscosity of the 3D printing ink for Pleurotus eryngii, and enhances mechanical strength of the 3D printing ink, such that the ink can maintain the print shape and is not easy to collapse.

An example of a size-reversing material is the combination of NiO and Al2O3. It has been discovered that size-reversing materials can undergo a phase transition that can assist with re-dispersion of metal at elevated temperatures. This can assist with maintaining catalytic activity for reforming over longer time periods in the presence of cyclic reforming conditions.
