Abstract: Stevia varieties with high a content of RebD, a high content of RebM, and a high content of RebD and RebM containing various SNP markers and UGT isoforms, are disclosed. Methods of screening for the SNPs are also disclosed as well as for using the SNPs in marker assisted breeding. Further provided are methods for introgressing the disclosed SNPs associated with high RebD and high RebM into Stevia plants by selecting plants comprising for one or more SNPs and breeding with such plants to confer such desirable agronomic phenotypes to plant progeny.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor package is provided, with an integrated heatsink and electrical connection feature. The semiconductor die can be attached to the terminal using eutectic bonding, preferably CuSn eutectic, Ag containing adhesives or Ag sintering material. These bondings are lead (Pb) free connection methods, which make the finished semiconductor package RoHS compliant (restriction of hazardous materials).

Some embodiments provide particles for well treatment, where the particles comprise an acidifier carrier and an enzyme co-encapsulated within a shell. The particles can, for example, allow a delayed or controlled release of the enzyme in a high temperature, high pressure environment.

Abstract: An online system generates a set of container images that are each stand-alone executable software packages for a corresponding subset of applications of the online system. Responsive to a client request, the software in a container image can be deployed in a container instance to generate rendering information for the subset of applications associated with the container image. The rendering information includes information on the code that can be parsed by the client device to generate a set of display elements of the application. The online system receives a client request to display elements of an application of the online system. The online system routes the request to a container deployment system that contains the set of container images. The container deployment system provides the rendering information to the online system, and the online system forwards the rendering information to the client device.

The main sunshade is selectively deployable and includes curved semi-rigid members which support a fabric material and includes a front edge. A rear edge of the sunshade extension is secured along the front edge of the main sunshade structure and is sized and shaped so that it may be selectively drawn forward, when the main sunshade is fully deployed, and secured around a front portion of the infant carrier. In doing so, the sunshade extension remains taut following the contours defined by the shape of the front edge of the main sunshade and the perimeter shape of the front edge of the infant carrier.

A customized security having the desired risk-return value is formulated, and comprises at least one component related to the traded security of an issuer and at least one other component. The customized security is priced according to current market prices for the components and offered to the investor. In a preferred arrangement the method further includes trading the components of the customized security in amount corresponding to their inclusion in the customized derivative security accepted by the investor.
