    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical fields of nanoscience and fluorescence sensing, and specifically relates to a preparation method of a paper-based sensor for detecting an ammonia gas, and a use of the paper-based sensor. In the present disclosure, Zn(PA)(BPE) is first prepared, and a porous structure on a surface of the Zn(PA)(BPE) is used to adsorb an ammonia gas to improve a reaction sensitivity of the ammonia gas; then a Zn(PA)@CNQD ratiometric fluorescent substance is prepared from Zn(PA)(BPE) and CNQD through embedding, and finally dissolved in ultrapure water (UPW) to obtain a solution; and the solution is added dropwise on a filter paper, and the filter paper is purged with nitrogen, such that the solution is loaded on the filter paper to obtain a ratiometric fluorescent paper-based sensor.

The mushroom stick take-up device (300) is configured to take mushroom sticks out of a mushroom rack (4), and the mushroom sticks from different layers are taken through the lifting device (200). The mushroom picking device (400) includes a mechanical arm (402) and an execution end (403). The image data of the mushroom sticks are acquired through three depth cameras. Mushroom targets to be picked are identified through multi-view target matching and are divided in terms of the quality grade, so as to achieve graded picking. A vision-based graded picking method, a mushroom detection and grading method based on multi-view fusion and a non-transitory storage medium of executing corresponding method are further provided.

The nucleotide sequence of a genome where the TaCAT gene is located, the nucleotide sequence of a cDNA, the nucleotide sequence of a CDS and a coded protein sequence are respectively as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4. An InDel marker is developed for identifying different allelotypes of the TaCAT gene. An application of the TaCAT gene for preparation of transgenic plant cells and plant breeding is provided. The molecular genetic basis of the resistance to FCR is disclosed, an important role is played in improving the resistance to FCR by utilizing a genetic engineering technology, and a new way is provided for breeding a new wheat variety with disease-resistance and safety.

The method can also include determining fragmentomic signature amplitudes of the subject by projecting the set of sequence-size values onto latent variables of a fragmentomic signature. The latent variables can be generated by applying one or more signal-separation algorithms to other sequence-size values obtained from one or more reference biological samples. The method can also include generating a result by processing the fragmentomic signature amplitudes using a machine-learning model. The result can include a classification predictive of whether the subject has a particular disease.
