  • Patent number: 12560719
Abstract: A process for sensing a scene. The process includes receiving sensor data from a plurality of sensor modalities, where each sensor modality observes at least a portion of the scene containing at least one of the objects of interest and generates sensor data conveying information on the scene and of the object of interest. The process further includes processing the sensor data from each sensor modality to detect objects of interest and produce a plurality of primary detection results, each detection result being associated with a respective sensor modality. The process also includes fusing sensor data from a first sensor modality with sensor data from a second sensor modality to generate a fused 3D map of the scene, processing the fused 3D map to detect objects of interest and produce secondary detection results and performing object level fusion on the primary and the secondary detection results.

  • Patent number: 9697796
Abstract: Techniques related to generating downscaled image or image frame data in a luma chroma separated color space for an image or video pipeline architecture are discussed. Such techniques may include converting input image data to the luma chroma separated color space based on adaptive color coefficients determined based on an illumination indicator associated with the input image data and storing downscaled color converted image data to an input image buffer of the image or video pipeline.

  • Publication number: 20100302235
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for efficiently composing multiple images into one stereoscopic image comprising the steps of: (a) receiving a first image of said multiple images; (b) blending said first image with a mask, using a pixel base blender, for producing a first blended image; (c) receiving a second image of said multiple images; and (d) blending said second image with said first blended image, using a pixel base blender, for composing said stereoscopic image.

  • Publication number: 20100231600
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system according to claim 1, where the pixel buffer cache comprises at least one row descriptor for tracking and monitoring the activities of read and write requests of a particular tile. A system for providing a high bandwidth memory access to a graphics processor comprising: (a) a frame buffer for storing at least one frame, where said frame is stored in a tiled manner; (b) a memory controller for controlling said frame buffer; (c) a pixel buffer cache for storing multiple sections of at least one memory row of said frame buffer, and for processing requests to access pixels of said frame buffer; (d) a graphics accelerator having an interface to said pixel buffer cache for processing a group of related pixels; and (e) a CPU for processing graphic commands and controlling said graphics accelerator and said pixel buffer cache.
