Abstract: A benefit plan testing system and process are disclosed. The system and process provide for receiving a benefit plan specification, the benefit plan specification including a plurality of documents including indications of requirements of a benefit plan, consolidating the benefit plan specification into a benefit matrix, generating a set of test claims based in part on the benefit matrix, and adjudicating the set of test claims under the benefit plan.
