The system generates payload data comprising the update data encoded based on at least a first identifier associated with the first database, transmits the payload data to the second user device based on a local network from the local networks, causes the second user device to transmit the payload data to a remote database server, and causes the remote database server to synchronize a database associated with the user based on the payload data.
