Abstract: According to one aspect, the invention provides a data processing system that includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores information concerning real estate, buyers, sellers and third party service providers. The information includes a buyer profile and at least one searchable buyer request that includes property-related buyer preferences; a seller profile and at least one searchable seller listing that includes information about a property; and a service provider profile and at least one searchable real estate-related service. The processor accesses and provides information in response to one or more queries from one of a buyer, a seller, or a 3rd party service provider.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved shower curtain rod and fixture. More particularly, the invention encompasses a shower curtain rod that can be used safely and securely in the motel/hotel industry. This invention further includes inventive features, such as, a shower rod that has substantially straight ends and a portion that is visibly curved to allow for “elbow room” for upper body movement of a person using a shower, a non-twist or non-sagging feature that prevents the inventive shower curtain rod from rotating or twisting after it has been installed, a fixture to securely and safely secure the inventive shower curtain rod to a surface, such as a wall, to name a few.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hookfree curtain and fixture thereof. More particularly, the invention encompasses a hookfree shower curtain that can be used in the motel/hotel industry. This invention further includes inventive features, such as, a snap-on or clip-on curtain fixture or module or ring which is either a single piece or a two piece module that is secure to a curtain and allows the curtain, such as, a shower curtain, to be slideably secured to a rod, such as, a shower rod, without having to disassemble the rod, such as the shower rod.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a single day alarm clock. More particularly, the invention encompasses a single day alarm clock that can be used in the motel/hotel industry. This invention further includes inventive features, such as, a single touch alarm activation and deactivation feature, flashing light when the alarm is activated, a “night-light” to indicate setting-up of the alarm, a visual reset alarm button to indicate and prevent the undesired activation of the alarm, to name a few.

Abstract: A radiation sensitive resist composition exhibiting high resolution and enhanced etch resistance comprising a silicon containing polymeric additive, a non-silicon containing base polymer, a photoacid generator and a base is provided. A method of forming a patterned resist film is also provided. A resist film having an upper surface region enriched with silicon is also disclosed.

Abstract: A novel transdermal delivery system for nicotine to satisfy addicted smokers' cravings therefore is comprised of a nicotine base, an acrylate polymer adhesive, a stabilizer and a polyester film backing. The nicotine is absorbed through the skin at sufficiently high levels to reduce or eliminate the desire to smoke, yet its concentration within the acrylate matrix is such that a laminar patch is constructed that is neither bulky nor obvious when worn. A method of manufacture of the transdermal system is also described.

Abstract: A blend of a polyolefin and a poly(alkyl vinyl ether) can be blended at elevated temperature to form a copolymer of the polyolefin and poly(alkyl vinyl ether). The resulting composition is useful as a compatibilizer, as a more water permeable substrate than the polyolefin, and as a photo-degradable material.
