Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatuses providing two-way interactive customer service support. In some examples, a user may request customer service via an augmented reality device. The augmented reality device may include a camera or other device configured to capture images of what the user is viewing. The images captured may be streamed to a computing device of a customer service associate assisting the user. The customer service associate may then move a cursor over the display of the video stream from the augmented reality device. The cursor movements may be indicative of actions the user may mimic on his or her own computing device in order to access functionality, resolve an issue, or the like. The coordinates of the cursor movement may be captured and transmitted to the augmented reality device. The cursor movement may then be replicated on a display of the augmented reality device based on the received coordinates.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide apparatuses and methods that present reward accounts to users in order to help the users determine which reward accounts meet the spending habits of the users. In some embodiments the reward accounts may be credit cards, debits cards, other types of account cards, offer cards that can be used along with various payments methods, savings accounts, checking accounts, lines of credit, or any other like account that may be used for user expenses. Embodiments of the invention provide a reward account recommendation tool that may be utilized in a number of different ways to help users of reward accounts determine which reward accounts the users should utilize based on the user's expenses for various categories.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an apparatus comprises a camera, one or more processors, and a display. The camera is pointed at a real estate property. The one or more processors determine information associated with the real estate property. Determining the information comprises, determining a camera position based on a longitude, a latitude, and an orientation of the camera, applying a correction factor to the camera position to yield an approximate longitude and an approximate latitude of the real estate property, determining an address of the real estate property based on the approximate longitude and the approximate latitude, and retrieving the information associated with the real estate property based on the address. The display displays at least a portion of the information associated with the real estate property.

Abstract: The invention provides a method of automatically attributing energy and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) to contractual and market obligations. The input of energy and RECs will automatically fit into existing data models, allowing immediate attribution upon upload. The invention will immediately calculate the energy balance of the input, accounting for such factors as resource generation, energy inputs, native load, station service, and obligations. Users can specify numerous energy and REC sources to be attributed simultaneously, such attribution happening according to either system or user-defined attribution policies. The invention allows users to manipulate the data to best facilitate use of their RECs, displaying REC positions over user-specified periods of time.
