Patent number: 12293214Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to a transaction exchange platform using a streaming data platform (SDP) and microservices to process transactions in accordance with corresponding workflows. The transaction exchange platform may receive transactions from origination sources, which may be added to the SDP as transaction objects. Microservices on the transaction exchange platform may interact with the transaction objects based on configured workflows associated with the transactions. Further, the microservices may leverage machine-learning models to determine whether transaction objects may be more effectively processed using alternative or secondary workflows. Processing on the transaction exchange platform may facilitate clearing and settlement of transactions. Some aspects may provide for dynamic and flexible reconfiguration of workflows.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2022Date of Patent: May 6, 2025Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Nishant Srivastava, Joshua Condon, Eric K. Patent number: 12292863Abstract: Embodiments relate to metadata-based generic parsing of an incoming data object to transform it for different purposes, such as conversion into a format more suitable for a specific storage type. The received data object comprises members organized according to a structure, each member containing data. The object's structure and the member's type are defined by the associated metadata. The metadata is referenced by parsing logic to generate a schema representing the structure of the data object in a different format (such as an ER table schema). The schema is then stored. When data is received, the metadata is referenced to parse the corresponding object's data accordingly and for ingestion into the generated schema and storage.Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2022Date of Patent: May 6, 2025Assignee: SAP SEInventors: Roberto Usberti Filho, Nishant Gopinath, Vladimir Wasiutinski

Patent number: 12288561Abstract: A speech recognition platform configured to receive an audio signal that includes speech from a user and perform automatic speech recognition (ASR) on the audio signal to identify ASR results. The platform may identify: (i) a domain of a voice command within the speech based on the ASR results and based on context information associated with the speech or the user, and (ii) an intent of the voice command. In response to identifying the intent, the platform may perform multiple actions corresponding to this intent. The platform may select a target action to perform, and may engage in a back-and-forth dialog to obtain information for completing the target action. The action may include streaming audio to the device, setting a reminder for the user, purchasing an item on behalf of the user, making a reservation for the user or launching an application for the user.Type: GrantFiled: January 8, 2024Date of Patent: April 29, 2025Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Jeff Bradley Beal, Kevin Robert Charter, Ajay Gopalakrishnan, Sumedha Arvind Kshirsagar, Nishant Kumar

Publication number: 20250133585Abstract: Systems and methods for carrier aggregation based on subscriber category information, such as for New Radio Carrier Aggregation in a 5G Network. A call is placed via a calling device and detected at a node of a network. A user equipment capability check is performed, which determines whether the calling device supports carrier aggregation. Subscriber information is received associated with the calling device, including a quality of service (QOS) identifier associated with a subscriber category. Based on the QoS identifier, two or more carriers are selected and assigned. The QoS identifier is associated with a relative priority for assigning cells based on corresponding bandwidth. Call setup is initiated via the two or more carriers.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 24, 2024Publication date: April 24, 2025Inventors: Jasinder Singh, Nishant Patel

Patent number: 12284237Abstract: Methods and systems for intelligent use of off-peak bandwidth are disclosed. An example method can comprise receiving a request for content from a user device. The content server can transmit the content to the user device. Upon receiving a teardown command to suspend transmission of the content, after transmitting a first portion of the content to the user device, the content server can determine that playback of the content is likely to be resumed at a peak time. The content server can then pre-position a second portion of the content proximate to the user device prior to the peak time.Type: GrantFiled: June 29, 2023Date of Patent: April 22, 2025Assignee: Comcast Cable Communications, LLCInventors: Nishant Doshi, Scott Auger, Ambud Sharma

Patent number: 12277370Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media that support optimized product design processes. During the design process, information identifying a set of features for a product design are received and evaluated against machine learning logic to identify a set of components that includes components corresponding to the set of features. One or more candidate components may be identified as alternatives to one or more set of components based on the characteristics, and modifications to optimize (e.g., reduce cost, weight, etc.) the set of components may be determined based on at least one design metric and the one or more candidate components. A final set of components that are optimized with respect to the at least one design metric may be output.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2021Date of Patent: April 15, 2025Assignee: Accenture Global Solutions LimitedInventors: Amit Kumar, Nishant Mehta, Piyush Manocha, Anshul Gupta, Anshul Anand, Naveen Sankaran

Patent number: 12276954Abstract: A method of commissioning a plurality of controllers includes identifying a plurality of controllers that are operably coupled to a network in a building management system. Each of the plurality of controllers are configured to control one or more of a plurality of building management system components within a building management system. A first controller is selected as a source controller. Two or more of the remaining controllers are selected as target controllers. A synch operation is initiated that synchs the control logic of the source controller with each of the two or more target controllers over the network, resulting in each of the two or more target controllers having the control logic of the source controller. The source controller and the two or more target controllers are subsequently used to control one or more respective building management system components of the building management system.Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 2023Date of Patent: April 15, 2025Assignee: HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC.Inventors: Venugopal Kilingar Nadumane, Rajkumar Selvam, Nishant Omar

Patent number: 12275996Abstract: We queried DNA from saliva or plasma of 93 HNSCC patients, searching for somatic mutations or human papillomavirus genes, collectively referred to as tumor DNA. When both plasma and saliva were tested, tumor DNA was detected in 96% (95% CI, 84% to 99%) of 47 patients. The fractions of patients with detectable tumor DNA in early- and late-stage disease were 100% (n=10) and 95% (n=37), respectively. Saliva is preferentially enriched for tumor DNA from the oral cavity, whereas plasma is preferentially enriched for tumor DNA from the other sites. Tumor DNA in the saliva and plasma is a valuable biomarker for detection of HNSCC.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 2022Date of Patent: April 15, 2025Assignee: The Johns Hopkins UniversityInventors: Bert Vogelstein, Kenneth W. Patent number: 12273415Abstract: Techniques are described that enable users to configure the mirroring of network traffic sent to or received by computing resources associated with a virtual network of computing resources at a service provider network. The mirrored network traffic can be used for many different purposes including, for example, network traffic content inspection, forensic and threat analysis, network troubleshooting, data loss prevention, and the like. Users can configure such network traffic mirroring without the need to manually install and manage network capture agents or other such processes on each computing resource for which network traffic mirroring is desired. Users can cause mirrored network traffic to be stored at a storage service in the form of packet capture (or “pcap”) files, which can be used by any number of available out-of-band security and monitoring appliances including other user-specific monitoring tools and/or other services of the service provider network.Type: GrantFiled: January 30, 2023Date of Patent: April 8, 2025Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Anoop Dawani, Nishant Mehta, Richard H.
