  • Patent number: 11490282
Abstract: Provided is a methods and apparatus for accessing New Radio (NR) services in a multi-RAT dual connectivity (DC). A method includes: selecting an anchor band cell as a primary cell for a User Equipment (UE) to access NR services in an Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN)-NR dual connectivity (ENDC). The method also includes prioritizing anchor band cells for the UE to perform cell search or cell reselection in the ENDC scenario. The method further includes selecting an NR DC band cell as the primary cell for the UE to access NR DC services in an NR DC. The method further includes prioritizing the NR DC band cells for the UE to perform cell search or cell reselection in the NR DC scenario, when the UE is an RRC idle state.

  • Patent number: 10963525
Abstract: Systems and methods for automated conversational querying. The system includes a client device associated with a user, content sources including a website and a platform associated with the website. The platform includes a chat bot comprising a machine learning engine, an intent analysis system and a query system. The chat bot generates an interface window overlaid on the website, when the website is displayed on the client device. The chat bot generates an automated conversational dialog with the user via the interface window, and receives user input from the client device via the interface window, responsive to the automated conversational dialog. The intent system identifies an intent from the user input. The query system automatically queries at least one source among the content sources and obtains query results, based on the identified intent. The chat bot displays the query results on the interface window.
