  • Publication number: 20120041225
Abstract: The present invention provides a means for the rapid selection of optimum resolving agents and solvents, combinations and conditions to separate optical isomers. The present invention combinedly describes and automates a full lifecycle of chiral separation method development and optimization through a series of kits and procedures providing screening, automation for screening, racemate recovery, enantiomer preparation, and method optimization.

  • Publication number: 20070185346
Abstract: The present invention concerns an improved method and a tray or kit, which is useful to select quickly the optimum resolution agents, combinations and conditions to separate optical isomers. The tray of 24, 48, 96 or more samples is examined simultaneously visually or by standard analytical techniques.

  • Publication number: 20050118123
Abstract: Cosmetic composition consists of precursors for chemiluminescence's system is documented with novel use in hair dyes, lipsticks, sunscreen, sunblock and sunless tanning, skin brightening agents. In other application namely chromatography (experimental technique) use of chemiluminescence would make it unnecessary to use black/UV light to observe and detect chemicals in TLC (Thin layer chromatography).

  • Patent number: 6126924
Abstract: Compositions, methods, and kits for cosmetically producing a tanned appearance in desired areas of skin. The composition includes a self-tanning agent together with intimately admixed naturally-occurring fluorescent materials in a cosmetic carrier. Without prolonged exposure to intense solar or artificial radiation, applying the self-tanning agent imparts a tanned appearance which develops several hours to a day after application. The fluorescent materials absorb at one frequency, and emit at another visible frequency. The admixture of self-tanning agent and fluorescent materials allows application of the self-tanning agent selectively to desired areas of the skin. A light source which emits at the absorbing frequency of the fluorescent materials may be provided together with the compositions in kit form.
