  • Publication number: 20240160117
Abstract: Apparatus and method for substrate processing are described herein. More specifically, the apparatus and method are directed towards apparatus and method for performing a field guided post exposure bake operation on a semiconductor substrate. The apparatus is a processing module (100) and includes an upper portion (102) with an electrode (400) and a base portion (104) which is configured to support a substrate (500) on a substrate support surface (159). The upper portion (102) and the base portion (104) are actuated toward and away from one another using one or more arms (112) and form a process volume (404). The process volume (404) is filled with a process fluid and the processing module (100) is rotated about an axis (A). An electric field is applied to the substrate (500) by the electrode (400) before the process fluid is drained from the process volume (404).

  • Patent number: 11963758
Abstract: A wearable device is provided. The wearable device includes at least one motion sensor operable to detect one or more motion signals, a processor coupled to the at least one motion sensor, one or more biological sensors coupled to the processor and operable to detect one or more biological indicators of a user, and a memory configured to store instructions executable by the processor. The instructions, when executed, are operable to: obtain at least one of the one or more biological indicators of the user; correlate the at least one biological indicators of the user with the detected one or more motion signals; and determine that a drink event is detected based on the correlation between the detected one or more motion signals and the at least one biological indicators.

  • Publication number: 20220227671
Abstract: An improved method for preparing porous mullite ceramic from Pickering emulsions stabilised by hetero-aggregate of oppositely charged fumed oxide particles. The method uses oppositely charged fumed oxide nano-particles (silica and alumina) to stabilize oil-in-water Pickering emulsions wherein the stabilized Pickering emulsions can be used as a template for preparing porous mullite material. An optimised Pickering emulsion template that is stabilised with fumed oxide nano-particles (silica and alumina) is used to produce a green body that is transformed into solid porous material with a controlled porosity and pore size by sintering.

  • Publication number: 20220007701
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the preservation and processing of polysaccharides having gelling properties from plants. More particularly, the present disclosure provides an antioxidant rich gelling fibre from plants such as seaweed and a method for preparation of the same. The gelling fibre of the present disclosure has improved gelling and/or thickening properties as compared to fibre obtained from fresh unprocessed plant sources such as seaweed and retains the natural antioxidants present in the fresh plant. In particular, seaweed in this disclosure refers to red seaweed. The said method of the present disclosure facilitates minimization of the amount of chemicals traditionally used in such processing methods and helps preserve the naturalness of the fresh plant source. The present disclosure further provides applications of the antioxidant rich gelling fibres of the present disclosure, specifically applications in the food industry.
