    Abstract: Multiple charge volumes (CVs) are used to supply a reactant and an inert gas at each processing chamber to perform atomic layer deposition (ALD) on substrates. A series of pulses of the reactant can be supplied at a high flow rate from two CVs during a dose step, which extends dose time. The inert gas can be supplied at an equal starting pressure from first and second CVs at first and second purge steps. A heated pulse valve manifold (PVM) minimizes temperature variations of process gases supplied from the PVM to respective processing chamber during ALD. The PVM preheats the process gases before the process gases enter the respective CVs in the PVM. The PVM includes additional supplemental heaters above and below the CVs to maintain the temperature of the process gases within the CVs. The PVM can be rapidly cooled before performing maintenance, which reduces downtime.

Each of the plurality of tap wire holes adapted to accommodate at least one tap wire there through. Further, the pointed and piercing teeth's are provided surrounding to the central groove such that when the connector is pressed the plurality of pointed and piercing teeth's creates a cut on the accommodated main wire and the at least one accommodated tap wire to thereby establish a splice connection between the accommodated main wire and the at least one accommodated tap wire.

The method includes generating a three-dimensional point cloud model of the object based on the generated image vector using a second trained machine learning algorithm, and generating a three-dimensional CAD model of the object using the three-dimensional point cloud model of the object. The method includes outputting the three-dimensional CAD model of the object on a graphical user interface.

For example, the DMS may transmit snapshot signaling to a first cloud environment that instructs the first cloud environment to capture a first snapshot of a computing object and to store the first snapshot in a first type of cloud storage at the first cloud environment. The DMS may determine that the first snapshot has been stored in the first type of cloud storage for a duration of time that satisfies an archival threshold. Based on the archival threshold being satisfied, the DMS may transmit archival signaling that instructs the first cloud environment to store the first snapshot to a second type of cloud storage. The second type of cloud storage may be associated with a longer access latency than the first type of cloud storage.

    Abstract: Multiple approaches to incorporating multiple conductors on a guidewire by building the multiple conductor traces of variable sizes and material compositions on separate insulating layers are described. The approaches described in the invention facilitate ease of assembly of sensors to the guidewire or catheter element. This approach is particularly useful in scenarios where electrical or mechanical properties of the device need to be altered in specific sections to either enhance device performance and reliability (e.g. selective abrasion resistance), or facilitate ease of assembly (e.g. soldering or connection ease), or in some instances achieve desired electrical characteristics (e.g. impedance). The desired properties are incorporated into the same device requiring an innovative approach to forming signal wires in an otherwise tight space without impacting the primary mechanical performance of the devices.
