  • Patent number: 11966903
Abstract: A system and method may retrieve transaction data for a plurality of electronic payment system transactions. The transaction data may describe a plurality of electronic payment transactions between a payment network system and a plurality of merchants. The transaction data may include a transaction location and a merchant store number. The system and method may parse the transaction data to identify the transaction location and the merchant store number and analyze the retrieved and parsed transaction data to identify one or more centroids for at least a portion of the retrieved and parsed transaction data. The one or more centroids may correspond to a merchant location for each transaction of the retrieved and parsed transaction data. The system and method may then clean the retrieved and parsed transaction data having a transaction location outside a threshold distance from the one or more centroids to include accurate merchant store number data.

  • Patent number: 11432803
Abstract: A system (e.g., an ultrasound imaging system) is provided. The system includes an ultrasound probe configured to acquire three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound data of a volumetric region of interest (ROI). The system further includes a display, a memory configured to store programmed instructions, and a controller circuit. The controller circuit includes one or more processors. The controller circuit is configured to execute the programmed instructions stored in the memory. • Publication number: 20210398162
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method distributes rewards and loyalty points in a payment network based on purchase patterns. The system and method may receive purchase data corresponding to a plurality of purchases where the purchase data includes a merchant, a purchase location, and a purchase time. The system and method may then determine a shopping pattern based on the purchase data. The shopping pattern may indicate a probability that a first purchase transaction beginning at a first store will proceed to a second purchase transaction at a second store. The system and method may also receive further purchase data corresponding to a user computer system and compare it to the shopping pattern. The system and method may then send, to the user computer system, one or more of rewards and loyalty points corresponding to the second store when the further purchase data includes the first store.

  • Patent number: 11126854
Abstract: Technologies are disclosed for efficiently identifying objects in videos using deep neural networks and motion information. Using the disclosed technologies, the amount of time required to identify objects in videos can be greatly reduced. Motion information for a video, such as motion vectors, are extracted during the encoding or decoding of the video. The motion information is used to determine whether there is sufficient motion between frames of the video to warrant performing object detection on the frames. If there is insufficient movement from one frame to a subsequent frame, the subsequent frame will not be processed to identify objects contained therein. In this way, object detection will not be performed on video frames that have changed minimally as compared to a previous frame, thereby reducing the amount of time and the number of processing operations required to identify the objects in the video.

  • Patent number: 10489654
Abstract: A system processes a video stream to identify an activity performed by a subject. The system examines the video segment for the presence or absence of an object that is correlated with the activity. If the object is found, and if the object is positively correlated with the detected activity, a confidence level associated with detecting the activity is increase. If the object is found, and if it is negatively correlated with the activity, the confidence level is decreased. In other examples, absence of an object may be positively or negatively correlated with the activity. In one embodiment, the system may detect a number of alternative activities, and may use the presence or absence of various objects to determine the most likely activity being performed. In another embodiment, the system may use the presence of various objects to narrow the set of activities that are searched for.
