  • Publication number: 20240076747
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of determining treatment outcome in a subject having a disease, the method including evaluating RNA expression level of a B cell related gene to determine a B cell gene signature; evaluating RNA expression level of a CD8+ T cell related gene to determine a CD8+ T cell gene signature; analyzing the B cell gene signature and the CD8+ T cell gene signature (B8T gene signature); and determining treatment outcome in a subject based on the B8T gene signature.

  • Patent number: 11427143
Abstract: A vehicle includes a prime mover, a charging system, a plurality of electrical loads electrically coupled to the charging system, and a controller. The charging system is coupled to the prime mover and includes a charge storing device and an alternator. The alternator is configured to convert mechanical energy generated by prime mover into electrical energy to charge the charge storing device. The electrical loads are electrically coupled to the charging system via a power distribution module. The controller is configured to receive an indication that an electrical output of the charging system is unable to provide sufficient electrical energy to each of the plurality of electrical loads, and provide a control signal to the power distribution module in response to the indication. The control signal is configured to cause the power distribution module to decouple at least one of the plurality of electrical loads from the charging system.

  • Publication number: 20210128893
Abstract: In some examples, a catheter assembly includes a delivery catheter defining a delivery catheter lumen, a delivery catheter handle connected to the delivery catheter, a retrieval catheter defining a retrieval catheter lumen configured to receive the delivery catheter, and a retrieval catheter handle connected to the retrieval catheter. A proximal end of the retrieval catheter handle is configured to removably couple to a distal end of the delivery catheter handle.

  • Publication number: 20200397452
Abstract: In some examples, a thrombus removal device includes an elongated support member and an expandable element configured to segment the thrombus into smaller pieces as the thrombus moves into a basket defined by the expandable element. The expandable element is configured to expand radially outward from a delivery configuration to a deployed configuration. In the deployed configuration, the expandable element defines a proximal mouth configured to receive a thrombus and a distal basket configured to receive at least part of the thrombus after it has moved through the proximal mouth. A proximal portion of the expandable element defines a plurality of arms configured to segment the thrombus into smaller pieces.

  • Patent number: 10296437
Abstract: A method is described that includes receiving an application and generating a representation of the application that describes specific states of the application and specific state transitions of the application. The method further includes identifying a region of interest of the application based on rules and observations of the application's execution. The method further includes determining specific stimuli that will cause one or more state transitions within the application to reach the region of interest. The method further includes enabling one or more monitors within the application's run time environment and applying the stimuli. The method further includes generating monitoring information from the one or more monitors. The method further includes applying rules to the monitoring information to determine a next set of stimuli to be applied to the application in pursuit of determining whether the region of interest corresponds to improperly behaving code.

  • Patent number: 10181029
Abstract: A method for hardening in the field code of mobile software applications is described that includes receiving, by a cloud service framework, an application via a user interface over a network. The method also includes generating, by the cloud service framework, a representation of the code of the application and determining, by the cloud service framework, changes to code of the application based at least in part on the representation, wherein the changes to the code preclude the application from performing one or more unwanted behaviors. The method also includes instrumenting, by a static instrumentation unit within the cloud service framework, the application with the changes to the code to create an instrumented application that does not perform the one or more unwanted behaviors.

  • Patent number: 9824209
Abstract: A method is described that includes receiving an application and creating a representation of the application that describes states and state transitions of the application. The method further includes receiving a description of unwanted behaviors of the application. The method further includes using the description and the representation to determine actions to be added to the application and locations within the application where the actions are to be performed. The method also includes instrumenting the application with the actions in the locations to create an instrumented application that does not perform the unwanted behaviors.
