Abstract: A sheet product dispenser is provided for sheet product from a roller. The sheet product dispenser includes a first roll of sheet product, called a stub roll, a main roll of sheet product, and a dispensing arrangement. A sensor is provided for detecting when sheet product on a stub roll is depleted. The sensor generates a signal in response to the depletion of the stub roll and a controller activates an electromechanical actuator. The actuator acts to operate a transfer bar that moves an end portion of the main roll sheet product adjacent a roller assembly that engages the main roller sheet product.

A sensor is provided for detecting the movement of a movable member, such as a tear bar or paper guide. The sensor generates a signal in response to the movement of the movable member. A controller de-energizes a roller in said dispensing arrangement in response to said signal.

Abstract: A bed bug monitor and/or capture device includes a housing defining a substantially enclosed interior space and a deadfall trap; a harborage element mounted adjacent the deadfall trap that defines at least one pathway through which bed bugs can travel; at least one bed bug attractant element positioned within the interior space of the housing; and at least one opening defined in at least one wall of the housing at a location either on or adjacent the deadfall trap and/or the harborage element, wherein fumes emanating from the bed bug attractant element can escape through the at least one opening to a location outside of the device in order to lure bed bugs toward the deadfall trap and the harborage element.

Abstract: A sheet product dispenser includes a transfer bar, a roller assembly, a motor, a sensor, and a controller. The transfer bar is movable between first and second positions. The roller assembly, disposed proximate the transfer bar second position, has a drive roller and a pinch roller that define a nip. The motor is in operable communication with the transfer bar to move the transfer bar between the first and second positions. The sensor is in operable communication with the dispenser cover. The controller is in operable communication with the sensor and the motor, and is responsive to executable instructions to facilitate actuation of the motor in response to a signal from the sensor to cause the transfer bar to move between the first position and second positions. The transfer bar includes at least one finger that drives an end of a roll of sheet product towards the nip upon actuation of the transfer bar from the first position to the second position.

Abstract: A floating dispenser is provided for dispensing a solid, dissolvable water treatment chemical into ambient water. The dispenser includes a bucket having top and bottom ends, a top wall covering the top end, an opening for admitting ambient water into the bucket interior, and a floatation ring that keeps only the top end above water such that the interior is water filled when the dispenser floats. A basket is disposed in the interior of the bucket for carrying a solid, dissolvable water treatment chemical, such as calcium hypochlorite. The basket is buoyant and movable vertically toward the top wall of the bucket. The dispenser includes a refill indicator that indicates when most of a full load of said chemical has dissolved. The refill indicator includes a pair of tabs that are connected to the basket and slidably mounted in slots in the top wall.

Abstract: A clothes hamper having a base with a first and second portions joined by a hinge mechanism. A first bin is mounted to the first portion of the base while a second bin is mounted to the second portion of the base. Each bin is collapsible between an expanded position in which the tops and bottoms of the bin are spaced apart from each other, and a collapsed position in which the top and bottom of the bin are positioned closely adjacent each other and with the sidewall for each bin sandwiched between the top and the bottom. With the bins in their collapsed position, the hinge mechanism enables the base portions to be folded over on each other so that the bins are sandwiched in between the base portions for compact storage.

Abstract: An ironing board assembly for use with a door. The assembly includes an elongated ironing board and an ironing board support. An upper end of the ironing board support is attached to the top of the door so that the ironing board support extends along and closely adjacent one side of the door. One end of the ironing board is attachable to a lower end of the ironing board support so that the ironing board is movable between a first position in which the ironing board extends horizontally outwardly from the door and a second position in which the ironing board extends vertically and closely adjacent the side of the door and so that a top of the ironing board faces outwardly from the door. A first latch locks the ironing board in its first position while, similarly, a second latch locks the ironing board in its second position.

An elongated pant bar having two ends is disposed between the shoulder bar so that one end of the pant bar is secured to one end of the shoulder bar, while the other end of the pant bar is secured to the other end of the shoulder bar. A hook is attached to the midpoint of the shoulder bar for mounting the hanger on a closet rod. The shoulder bar and pant bar each include at least one elongated airflow through slot which facilitates air circulation through the hanger.

A scent cartridge has a base defining a cavity and a scented material is disposed within that cavity. The base also includes a recess complementary in shape to the mounting ring and the recess is dimensioned so that the base Frictionally engages the mounting ring when positioned within the recess to thereby detachably secure the scent cartridge to the clothes hanger.
