Patent number: 12667209Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a vertical shelving unit with horizontal support members (SMs) (e.g., rails) supporting bins by their corresponding lips. The vertical shelving unit may, for example, include multiple vertical posts (VPs) defining a three-dimensional space. The VPs may, for example, include a set of SMs coupled to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. The SMs may, for example, be used to couple to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. For example, when a bin is inserted between the opposing sides, a protruding lip of the bin may be supported by the uppermost surface of the SMs. SMs may, for example, be shaped to follow a curvilinear path protruding into the space. SMs may, for example, include an upper SM connected by a truss structure to a lower SM. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a modular shelving unit that individually suspends storage bins.Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2024Date of Patent: June 30, 2026Assignee: KAPROCK MANANGEMENT LLCInventors: Dylan Tyler Ritchie, Noah Michael Rodebaugh, Matthew Eaton Davis

Publication number: 20260165472Abstract: Apparatus and related methods relate to a wall-mounted rack with vertically offset shelving supports that create a backward-tilting shelf orientation. In an illustrative embodiment, the system may include T-arm brackets having vertical support members for wall attachment and horizontal extending members projecting outward. The horizontal extending members may, for example, receive a front cross-channel at a first mounting height. The horizontal extending members may, for example, also receive a rear cross-channel at a second mounting height lower than the first mounting height. The vertically offset cross-channels may, for example, support a shelf positioned at an anti-slide angle tilted toward the wall. The anti-slide angle may, for example, be created by the vertical height difference between the front and rear cross-channels. Various embodiments may advantageously provide high load capacity cantilevered wall shelving.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 12, 2025Publication date: June 18, 2026Applicant: Kaprock Management LLCInventors: Matthew Eaton Davis, Dylan Tyler Ritchie, Noah Michael Rodebaugh, Jeff Kuecker, Matt Russo

Patent number: 12364345Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a vertical shelving unit with rails following a curvilinear path protruding into the shelving space and slidingly supporting a lip of a bin. The vertical shelving unit may, for example, include multiple vertical posts (VPs) defining a three-dimensional space. The VPs may, for example, include a set of horizontal support members (HSMs) coupled to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. The HSMs may, for example, be used to couple to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. For example, when a bin is inserted between the opposing sides, a protruding lip of the bin may be supported by the upper most surface of the HSMs. Each of the HSMs may, for example, include an upper HSM connected by a truss structure to a lower HSM. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a modular shelving unit that individually suspends storage bins.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2024Date of Patent: July 22, 2025Assignee: Kaprock Management LLCInventors: Dylan Tyler Ritchie, Noah Michael Rodebaugh, Matthew Eaton Davis

Publication number: 20240288022Abstract: An adjustable free-standing shelving unit with horizontal shelf support beams suitable for holding one or more wire deck panels, which are detachably mounted to vertical corner posts by way of a unique combination of shoulder bolts, attached to the horizontal support beams, and keyhole slots in the vertical corner posts. In some embodiments, shoulder bolts having a head with a wrench receiving surface, an unthreaded shoulder, and a threaded shank are attached to the horizontal support beams using hex nuts. The keyhole slots, which are formed in each of the angled flat sides of the L-shaped vertical corner posts, are sized so that the heads of the shoulder bolts maybe inserted into the wide upper openings of the keyhole and then pushed downwardly so that the unthreaded shoulders of the bolts will slide into the low slots.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 1, 2024Publication date: August 29, 2024Applicant: EAGLE INDUSTRIAL GROUP INC.Inventors: Matthew Eaton Davis, Jeff W.
